Client Care Plans

For WordPress support and maintenance on an ongoing basis, we're encouraging clients to move onto our Client Care Plan packages. Here’s a link to the brochure.

The Premium and Professional packages both include unlimited content changes and technical support.

If you have on-going support needs, this will be the most cost-effective, efficient route to support and maintenance, and will free you up to concentrate on higher-value tasks in your business.

TimeBlocks

For clients not on Care Plans, to make it viable to continue to offer small ad-hoc website support jobs, less than a full day, and to offer the best value to our clients, we're now using TimeBlocks.

TimeBlocks are pre-purchased chunks of time that can be called off against as and when needed. This removes the need to send multiple quotes and invoices for very small jobs, which wasn’t very efficient. This efficiency saving makes it viable for us to continue to do small jobs and the saving is passed on to the client.

TimeBlocks can be purchased in half-day multiples (£249+VAT). For full-day purchases (£499+VAT) you’ll get 9 hours for the price of 8 (saving £62.37+VAT). TimeBlocks are valid for 6 months.

Troubleshooting

For clients not supported by a Care Plan, but need help with a technical issue with their website (eg. something is broken or some malware has been detected, for example), we offer a Troubleshooting service.

It’s £125+VAT to troubleshoot the issue. If we can fix while troubleshooting that will be all you need to pay. If not, we'll let you know what actions are needed and provide an estimated costing for the fix.
