For clients not on Care Plans, and Care Plan client’s who need help beyond their monthly support, you can purchase TimeBlocks for small ad-hoc website support tasks.
TimeBlocks are pre-purchased chunks of time that can be called off against as and when needed. This removes the need to send multiple quotes and invoices for small jobs, increasing efficiency. This efficiency saving is passed on to the client.
TimeBlocks can be purchased in half-day multiples (£249). For full-day purchases (£499) you’ll get 9 hours for the price of 8 (saving £62.37). TimeBlocks are valid for 6 months.
For customers needing support beyond the scope of their Care Plan, and clients not supported by a Care Plan, but need help with a technical issue with their website (eg. something is broken or some malware has been detected, for example), we offer a Troubleshooting service.
It’s £125 to troubleshoot the issue. If we can fix while troubleshooting that will be all you need to pay. If not, we’ll let you know what actions are needed and provide an estimated costing for the fix.
